The impending 2011/12 season will see our team of players enter into the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference League (SBMSC); this is a fair play league in which players, parents and managers are judged on sporting conduct rather than the specific results of each game.  That said, it doesn't take long for the players to get locked into match day excitement and enjoy the many wonderful and sometimes unpredictable experiences that so often present themselves!  Goals, assists, penalties, penalty saves, set pieces... it's truly nail biting stuff at times!!!

The league format provides matches for 2 x 6-aside teams per club (i.e. 12 players from P&I), each club putting out 2 teams of equal ability.  Each match consists of 2 x 10 minute halves; each team playing twice in a given fixture.  

When we're not playing matches, we train (on Sunday mornings) at the lawn in Ivinghoe.  We aim to use these sessions to teach the children the basics of football through plenty of small-sided games and  enjoyable football drills.  

At present we have in the region of 18 players, however we welcome the opportunity to invite fresh faces into the mix.  If you are interested in your son or daughter joining our under 7 team,  please email us at u7@pandifootball.net.
